The Benevolent AI Oversight and Intervention System is a proposed research concept, not an operational technology. It explores how AI might help identify harmful uses of AI under meaningful human oversight. Any future application would require evidence, expert review, accountability, legal safeguards, cybersecurity, and responsible governance.

Mibsam Bahanan brings together experience in banking, auditing, management, and entrepreneurship with his current MBA studies in AI Systems Management at Strayer University. His work focuses on leadership, institutional trust, responsible artificial intelligence, and governance.
He is the author of Nation Without Trust and Jiddi and the 10 Noble Traits, and the founder of CAPTG Foundation, currently in formation. Through his writing, research, and the development of CAPTG, he explores how responsible AI and accountable leadership can contribute to stronger institutions and greater public trust.
